Almost 20 years ago, we evolved our Pro Chef R-Board collection and added a beautiful American Black Walnut series for our gourmet chefs at home who want an attractive dark brown decorative piece for the kitchen in addition to quality and function. Our Black Walnut R-Board series has since become the standard for comparing all other walnut cutting boards. The natural beauty of the wood's chocolate brown colour and grain, combined with its hardness and resilience, make Boos Blocks® Black Walnut chopping boards a prized possession. They are not only great for food preparation, but also for serving cheese boards, charcuterie, breads, sushi and much more to impress your guests. And of course they also make a wonderful gift for all occasions. Slight variations in grain and colour on each board ensure that no two are alike, creating a beautiful and authentic presence in your kitchen. The boards are made in the USA from high quality, renewable and sustainably harvested American Black Walnut wood and are easy to maintain and clean with Boos Blocks® Mystery Oil or Block Cream.

Please wipe away upon opening the shrink wrap of your cutting board and proceed to provide a generous oiling on all sides of the cutting board before first use.
