The Boos® 1887 Collection is inspired by the original Boos® Butcher Blocks, also made from a single solid piece of natural hardwood. Available in Hard Maple, Black Walnut and American Cherry.

Please note this may leave an oil smudge or traces of fine wood dust under the shrink wrap. Please wipe away upon opening the shrink wrap of your cutting board and proceed to provide a generous oiling on all sides of the cutting board before first use. Please read the care instructions inside.
