The Homestead Block, made from glued face logs of solid American hardwood for superior strength and durability, embodies this new design with the same level of unparalleled quality and craftsmanship as the original Butcher Block. It has the mass of a fortress while maintaining the beauty and character of a fine piece of furniture. The 91 x 61 cm, 12.5 cm thick face wood top stands on sturdy, notched maple legs and provides premium kitchen work space. You can store dishes, pans or ingredients on the slatted bottom shelf. A drawer integrated into the tabletop also provides space for your favorite kitchen gadgets. The table top is available in a variety of woods (Hard Maple, Black Walnut and American Cherry).
