Return within Germany:

The item you wish to return is unused and the plastic packaging is unopened. Please contact us by email at info@boosblocks.eu or here.

We will send you a pre-paid GLS parcel slip that you can use to initiate the return. Once we receive your return, we will initiate the refund in the same way you made your payment. A refund for payment on account is excluded.

Return outside Germany:

Please return your return to us at your own expense and send us a receipt for the costs incurred, which we will be happy to refund.

Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed period of time, the withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the first goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Espresso Perfetto Deutschland GmbH, Heinrich-Hertz-Str. 27 A, 40699 Erkrath, Germany, Tel.: 021130142500, Fax: 021130142501, E-Mail: info@espressoperfetto.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of the return shipment are estimated with regard to such goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned to us normally by mail (forwarding goods), for each such goods at a maximum of about 50 euros.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who do not belong to a Member State of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and whose sole residence and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
