Shipping & delivery times

Delivery will be made by GLS parcel service or other parcel service provider.

Standard shipping via GLS takes 2-3 business days within Germany and 5-7 business days outside Germany.

Please note that these are standard times on the part of the parcel service (GLS). Boos Blocks International does not guarantee compliance with these standard times.

The delivery time results from the respective information with the product selected in the store.

The period begins on the day of the conclusion of the contract and, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the executing bank if it is a SEPA transfer in EURO, otherwise the period begins 5 banking days after the payment order is issued.

The delivery period ends with the expiry of the last day of the period.

If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the following working day.

The delivery time stated with the respective product refers to shipping within Germany.

No shipping costs for orders over 200 € in Germany.

Products with a truck symbol are offered with shipping by a forwarding company.

The following applies:

- A telephone announcement/advice of the delivery by the executing forwarding agency is necessary, therefore please always indicate your telephone number.
- The freight charges apply per delivery.
When ordering multiple items, they are incurred only once.

The goods will be delivered to you free curbside.

We charge a freight cost of EUR 49.00 incl. VAT.

We deliver particularly heavy or large items with a 2-man service. These items will be marked with an appropriate note. Your order will be delivered by two employees to the final installation site, i.e. also to upper floors, unless otherwise specified, and the packaging material will be disposed of directly.

We charge a freight cost of EUR 79.00 incl. VAT.

For deliveries by freight forwarding outside Germany, please contact our customer service.

Please note that for deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs for customs and import VAT may apply. These are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are due upon receipt of the delivery.

These fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as we only charge the transportation costs for the packages. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.
